This one-day retreat sponsored by UCSF NORC was a great opportunity for first year students (who’s attendance was mandatory) to learn about all the research opportunities in the Metabolic Biology Graduate Program and meet members of their laboratories. It also allowed us to get together in person to chat about our science.
